I think you, I and the flower-shirted one should all "consider our careers" at the time time. If only for comic effect and the havoc it would cause.
I'm very seriously considering mine at the moment, although the fruits of this are largely only a half-updated CV and a feeling of moderate helplessness.

I'm in a similar boat, I've added my current job to my CV, listed it, got harassed with phonecalls, unlisted it...
Was talking to the loud shirted one yesterday about it too.
There shouldn't be so many people in one team who are unhappy with what's going on, in their careers and in the team generally.
And I really should stop believing the things that they "promise" because they don't happen.
